How much is tuition at The Forum Academy?
Tuition: $15,391.25
Application Fee: $100.00 (non refundable)
Student Kit: $1,500.00 (books included)
Tax: $108.75

How long is your cosmetology program?
To graduate from The Forum Academy requires 1600 class hours, which follows the guidelines and requirements in the state of Utah. The time it takes to complete 1600 hours is based on the number of hours per week a student attends classes in our academy. A full time student can complete the requirements in approximately 12-13 months. A part time student may take up to 24 months depending our their schedule.
Do you offer Part Time?
Yes! We offer a part time program that is 20 hours a week.
Are there any certifications available?
Hair and Lash extensions are certifications that are both INCLUDED in your tuition. We do offer add on certification programs such as a Pro makeup course and Microblading.

Holidays are subject to change and are calculated into your scheduled graduated date.
What is the Daily Schedule of school?
Schedule: Full-time Students scheduled to attend 40 hours weekly from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm Tuesday through Friday.
Saturday 8:00 am – 3:00 pm.
Part time Schedule is 20 hours weekly.
When do classes begin?
Classes begin the third Wednesday in the months of: January, April, June, August & October. Saturday attendance is not required during your core training. (Summer classes do tend to fill up quickly.)
Do you accept transfer students?
Yes! You must have a minimum of 300 hours to complete. Rate is $12 an hour.
